Crystal Brook Caravan Park Booking Terms and Conditions

Crystal Brook Caravan Park reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice

  • We look forward to welcoming you to Crystal Brook Caravan Park and will make every effort to meet your requirements.  If there is an instance where we are unable to accommodate your requests, please be aware that any form of aggressive or unpleasant behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated.

  • Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit has been received.

  • Upon arrival the balance of any account (if applicable) needs to be settled and our office staff will also be required to sight your photo identification and the details of the credit card used to make a booking. When the account balance is paid by credit card, the name on the card must match the details on your identification.

  • A fully refundable security deposit is charged to cover for any unpaid balances, extra than normal cleaning required, evidence of smoking in cabins, theft,  or damage to any equipment on the property during the period of use. This is normally $200.

  • Please note that some security deposit refunds may take up to 7 business days to arrive in your bank

  • Check-in time is from 2pm. If you will be arriving after office hours, please contact reception to arrange a late arrival.

  • If you think you will arrive after office hours on the day of your arrival, please contact reception directly so that we can make arrangements for you to check-in and collect your keys.

  • Check-out time is prior to 10am. If you will be departing after office hours please see reception the day before departure.

  • No specific site is guaranteed but requests will be noted based on availability.

  • No refunds will be given for any no-show booking/s or early departures.

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry into the Park. A full refund will be issued under these circumstances.

  • You are required to provide adequate personal identification and the security deposit as part of your condition of stay.

  • Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  • Powered sites that are occupied longer than 2 weeks are required to pay for electricity which is metered.

  • If you are occupying a tourist site and are considering a long -term stay you will be required to move to a long-term site when available and enter into a long-term agreement.  This is to free up your tourist site for other short term tourists.

Use of your Cabin

  • You are required to take care of your holiday cabin whilst you occupy it. At the end of your holiday you must leave your holiday accommodation in a reasonably clean and tidy condition.

  • We reserve the right to enter your accommodation, at any reasonable time during your stay, in order to inspect the condition of the accommodation or without notice in the event of emergency.

Tent and Camping Sites

  • These sites are normally available only for a few days, however your stay may be extended at the discretion of the office staff

Fires & BBQs

  • BBQs are provided in the camp kitchen

  • Only gas fueled BBQs are allowed.

  • No open fires

  • No BBQ fuel charcoal briquettes

  • No BBQ fuel starters, heat beads etc.


  • Animals are welcome on van sites only and require approval. If any animal is found in cabins or park owned caravans, this will result in loss of deposit and an additional cleaning fee of $200.00.

  • Some breeds of dog are not allowed, this is at the discretion of the Park Managers.

  • Pets must be kept on a lead at all times and you must clean up after your pet.

  • If we reasonably believe your pet is causing a nuisance, behaving dangerously, or causing damage to the property, you will be required to remove it from the park.  No refunds will be provided in these instances.


  • It is illegal to smoke inside enclosed public buildings and you and other members of your party are requested to smoke only in open areas.

  • Smoking is also strictly forbidden in all of our cabins and caravans.  A $200 cleaning fee applies if there is evidence of smoking in the holiday accommodation.


The Park reserves the right to evict guests from the park who do not abide by any of the the above terms.

Cancellation and Modification Policy

It remains the discretion of the Park Manager to modify the following terms and conditions for exceptional circumstances.

  • A $20 cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations

  • If more than 14 days notice is given prior to arrival date for a cancellation or modification, guests will be refunded their deposit less a $20 administration fee per booking.

  • If 14 days or less notice is given prior to arrival date for a cancellation or modification, no refunds or credit will be provided on monies paid.

  • No refunds will be given for any no-show booking/s or early departures.
